Hi,

Firstly, sorry for cross-posting but I do not know which list is
currently being used by everyone.

It's time for another Ubuntu Global Jam! This time, it is for the
Ubuntu Raring Ringtail (13.04) cycle.

Since this is too early for an official announcement, I will update
this thread when the Ubuntu Loco website opens up for UGJ
registration.

Tentative Dates: 15 March 2012, 16 March 2012 and 17 March 2012

Venue: Directiplex, Andheri (W), Mumbai

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on all the days

There is nothing planned on these days as of yet. I am looking for
suggestions. Come and fix bugs, test the new OS installation process,
fix documentation etc. Specifically, I am hoping that we can fix
Ubuntu bugs and forward the patches upstream. So, if any Debian
Developers (or other upstream developers) are free at this time,
please attend the event so we can get help with the same.

Looking forward to a great Jam!

Best Regards,
Rigved

Sorry. Dates are for 2013 not 2012.

/me waves hand! If you can fix dates as soon as possible and let list
know, I can come down.

The dates are tentative because Canonical themselves have not released
the dates. Once that is done, I will let you guys know the final
dates. This is one of the "problems" of planning events ahead of time.
But I am hoping that this will give everyone enough time to plan and
attend the event!

Dates have been finalised. Now, it will be on March 2 and 3. Here is the event page: http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/indian-team/2235/detail/ . As of now, I have kept the event only on Saturday and Sunday. But if people are interested, I can keep it on Friday as well.

Best Regards,
Rigved Rakshit
