Dear Realtors,
We are currently working with a genuine end-user client who is looking to purchase a 3BHK apartment in Bandra, with a budget of up to ₹8.00 crores.
Please find the key requirements below:
3BHK configuration (minimum ~1000 sq. ft. carpet area)
Older / run-down apartment is absolutely acceptable (client is an architect and open to renovation)
Lower floor preferred
Balcony is an added advantage, but not a pre-requisite
Quiet lane/location is essential
Building should not be slated for redevelopment
Light, ventilation, or wind flow are not a priority
We would particularly be keen on options in buildings namely, Rickashe, Cherrysons, Deepali, or in that category of construction and locality.
