Hey- just reworded it a little bit - Also, removed the Surat bit out because it sort of confuses the selection process. Let's maybe decide only on one date for now and players who can't make it on the 21st, we will tell them to come on the 22nd. 

Hello all ,

Happy Diwali to everyone. Hope it's been a great week for all of you. 

As most of the Mumbai Ultimate players know that there are 4 major ranking tourneys in every season - AUO (January), MUO (March), BUO (June/July), and Chennai Heat (October). While the new season begins with AUO in 2016, we are keen on getting Storm prepped and ready to be one of the top teams. It is therefore essential for us to send one strong team of selected players to these tournaments. Our broader aim is Gheun Tak in March 2016. And AUO will be our preparation for it. We will therefore be having selections on the 21st of November for AUO. This will give us about a month and a half to train hard. The selection process will be judged on the basis of stamina, skill, commitment to the team, individual commitment to fitness off field, spirit and attitude. 

Players who won't be able to make it for selections are requested to send us videos. We will send you details of exactly what we need from you once we finalise on the structure for selections. These selections are for both, men and women.
