Hey Guys .. thanks for the feedback .....

-About the design, the idea from the beginning was to make a more complex design (sublimated) represent by a storm .. for that the lightning and the effect of the droops on the Jersey.

-About Mumbai Ultimate.. we need identity, we need to the people know what we do ... either English or Hindi I think is necessary, I tough about Hindi, because I feel is inclusive, no everybody speak english here.. because in we r in india na? and is the National Language.... also in my tough are the idea about to in some point go out for some South East Asia Tournaments... so for that also some Hindi and the Indian Flag..... (but will see the thing about the Hindi is turning to complicated)

-About the timing .... no sure how fast I can get it done because it is depend of designer availability and he is on the other side of the earth which make the meeting timing a little crazy.... so lets see if we can have more opinions to get done with this... also at this time you r the only ones who does not like the lightning.... :(

-We also tough about a second color.. Alex suggested a dark blue which I also like to match with the golden shorts...

-And the last thing is .. will be Jaidip able to make the jerseys.. because the idea is to use the same color on the shorts , the Storm Chasers logo, Name and Number... so should be made by the same person/company....

Sorry I  am a little late in providing feedback on this but I think there are a couple of changes that we can incorporate. 

1) I am not sure if we need the lightning design on the jersey. Maybe it's just me but I think we can keep it very simple and just have our regular Storm Chasers logo

2) Do you think we need Mumbai Ultimate written in Hindi? We can probably let that be and only have Storm Chasers written 

Copying Sharanya and Craig for their inputs as well.

Craig, will you also send across a google doc for sizes/number preference etc? We'll get this done from Agile, right? 

Let's finalize the design by tomorrow and get the sizes etc. from everyone by end of this week. 91Ultimate will take 6 weeks to get the shorts done so we have to order now!
