WINGS (Women Ideation Network for Growth & Support) powered by STEP,  is a program aimed to encourage young women to ideate and present their ideas. Its purpose is to provide a platform for women ideators to get validation and support for their ideas. It is based on the following principles: empathetic community, idea validation, learning, early exposure & access to resources.

On the occasion of women's day, WINGS is organizing an Idea Challenge to engage with women founders, innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs, and provide them with a safe, empathetic space where they have access to a community, mentors and other assistance.

The process is as follows:

• Applications open date: 10th January 2022

• Fill in the application form

• Send a recorded pitch of 5 minutes to tell us about your idea

• Application close: 10th February 2022

• Selection of the winners

• Results will be announced on the 5th of March'22

Who can apply?

• The application is open to any woman/anyone who identifies as a woman entrepreneur/student/aspiring entrepreneur.

• The minimum age of the applicant is 18 years.

• The applicant should be an Indian resident.
