basics for an urban beekeeper

Hello friends!
Thanks for joining our google group. Thought I'd make the first post - I've created an initial handy document to give you some background on being an urban beekeeper. It includes things to consider before becoming a beekeeper, and questions that tend to come up. Please take a look, feel free to share, and keep these factors in mind when spreading the gospel of urban beekeeping in Mumbai. And let us know if you have feedback of things to be added to the list, or questions.

I'm off to Thailand tomorrow, Sujana and Bumika and Vijaya here at UTMT will be coordinating all things Mumbai Honeybees for the next few months (still under mumba...@underthemangotree.org).

I look forward to beeing back in September for some hands-on beekeeping!
