Seeking help with modeling random anisotropy model

Hi, i've been trying to simulate the effects of Random Anisotropy Model, that is, that the coercivity increases with grain size. I've tried with grain sizes (using make3Dgrains) of 5nm, 10nm, 20nm, 30nm... however I do not see consistent trends. For instance, at 5nm, the coercivity is close to 0Oe, which increases to about 200Oe at 10 and 20nm, and then drops close to 0Oe again at 30nm. Not sure what is going on here. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
