adding thickness of Fixed and Spacer layer.

I need help me defining the fix as well as spacer layer thickness. I am trying to simulate stt-mtj.

Hi,

The fixed and spacer layers are not modeled explicitly in mumax, only the free layer is. You can see an example of this in the STT example on the examples page.

To capture changes in things like the thickness you need to change parameters that parametrize those layers, like Pol, J, etc.
