Magnon Skyrmion Scattering

Dear esteem researchers, Thanks for your ultimate contributions on the current mumax3 tutorial paper. Please need some help/guide on the Magnon Skyrmion scattering. Initially i used a sinc function so could not obtained MFC so I apply a sin function with higher amplitude and obtained it but my challenge here is that the skyrmion disappear when applying FFT at that the mode profile using Matlab as show in figure attached. Please can anyone give a me out
