Installation of MuMax Plus - Windows

I was hoping I could get some assistance on the windows installation of MuMax Plus. I have followed all the instructions and have even uninstalled everything and tried everything again. I keep getting the error code below when I get to the "pip install ." Any assistance would be much appreciated, thanks!

I came across this same error when I first tried to get mumax+ working on Windows. I vaguely recall that following this StackOverflow answer solved it for me.
