Random Anisotropy Model

Hi, has anyone tried to simulate the Random Anisotropy Model on Mumax3? I've tried generating grains with the ext_make3Dgrains method, varied the grain size and inter-grain exchange ratio. But I'm not seeing the D^3 or D^6 coercivity dependence as one would expect from literature.
