calculation of demagnetizing factor

Hi,

In AIP Advances 4, 107133 (2014), they show that mumax correctly calculates the demagnetizing factors for a cube and for a thin film. However, I don't quite understand how they get this quantity. They state Nij = Hi/Mj in table 1, but as far as I know only B can be extracted from the simulation.

Is there a quantity which can be directly read out that I missed? Or should I calculate Hi from B_total and M?
