There is a sudden change in plan as per Bajraj's request and am mentioning the same below for your kind perusal and action.
Instead of the meeting sheduled in the afternoon ( 3:30 - 5:30) , Balraj wants to do this meeting early in the day at 9 Am - 11 Am.
After the meeting he would drive down to Pune to spend time with the pune Area.
Sorry for the last minute change but would need your cooperation to make this meet a success.
Please confirm your participation to Jayesh or the Area Council Team asap.

Dear All,
Suggest to have an Area Council meeting (It includes Area Team, President, VP Edu and VP Mem) on Saturday 11th Oct.
Our District Governor is willing to meet key office bearers who are driving TM within Mumbai. We will have benefits of his knowledge and wisdom as well.
If more than 6-7 people are confirming with this date and time (3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.), then I would look for suitable venue (near Bandra or Kurla) and other arrangements. Request you to confirm your participation by end of tomorrow (Friday).
Arun - if he is coming on 11th Oct, then you can invite him for BTM evening session as well.
