I propose to meet on 6th April. I will send out agenda in few days.

There are quite important  items we need to discuss :)

Hi,
Following is the tentative agenda for this week's excom meet:

1. Update on membership renewals for cycle Apr-13 to Sep-13. Hemant, Can I request you to take a lead on this and update the Excom?
2. Who will step in to the shoes of Ganesh and take up the VP-M role for the remaining term?
3. Shall we explore another venue to hold our meeting? Looking at the rate we are growing, I am concerned Mulund Gymkhana hall will not be able to accommodate us.
4. Update on ribbons printing by Niranjan.
   
5. Suggestions and general observations about our club? Anand  and Sujata, We will be happy if you can share some insights.

Please confirm your availability for the meeting. Also let me know if you have any thing to discuss.
