Suggestions for 150th meeting

Hello Ex-comm,

 

We have almost a month to hit our 150^th Meeting. I feel we need to celebrate this meeting. There are few other reasons too for celebrations. Firstly, we won golden gavel, secondly we won outstanding club award.

 

Technically,150^th meeting should be on 24^th Aug’13. Since we will be having Humorous speech contest and Table topics contest. I think this date will be pushed ahead by couple of weeks.

 

I suggest let us have an outdoor meeting in a lush green area followed by a day outing.

 

Kindly wear your thinking caps and suggest a creative idea to celebrate this day.
