An Idea : Can we explore this?

Hello Team,

 

I am seeing a bright future for MTC in coming future! Let’s try out some innovations in lines of inclusive participation.  Right now I am blank but let’s think how we can help members to explore talents and encourage them participate in contests which are not under TMI. Let’s find out open for all contests which promote prepared speaking, writing and impromptu speaking and participate in those as “ Team MTC”. In this way we can endorse MTC in the market. Looking at the quality of members I am sure we will have a great success rate in these contests. Such initiatives will help members to endorse them well in their professional run and also will boost their confidence.

 

Just a quick thought which came up in my mind. Can we explore this thought?
