ID cards to be distributed in meeting no 150

Hi all
For last 2-3 ex com meetings we have been just discussing about  Id cards.  I think someone from us should come up and get it done before 150th meeting.  It would be great if we distribute it in special meeting. 

I won't be able to take this responsibility :)

Hello All

I checked ID card rates 

there are two types

1. Normal - thinner one - kind of one we used to have in schools - 

Cost 20 + 3 (clip) = 23

Total 23*60 = 1380

2. Good Quality - exactly similar to PAN card or Driving license

Cost 40+5

Total 45*60=2700

Someone please cross check prices at your location.

Good job!

 

I feel we can go with option 2 provided we have enough budget. This will be a onetime investment and if we can give the members a good one, they can display it to their peers and whoever they are endorsing about Toastmasters. I-Card carries our MTC brand so we need to make it more appealing.
