excom meet on 1st June

Hello Excom,

I propose to meet next week to discuss few items of crucial importance:

1. Mulund gymkhana has upwardly revised the rates. They are now quoting 4000/month as opposed to current rent of 3000/month.
   
2. Plan of action for officers installation ceremony.
3. How to grapple with ever increasing membership strength. Will current place be able to house all the members, if in future our members base goes up to 70?

Hello everyone,

I confirm my presence. I also propose two additions to the agenda

1. Shijin's suggestion of Id Cards for club members- we can discuss this
2. I suggest having our club accounts audited by an internal audit  committee (of few members)

Is the ex-com meeting time same as earlier (5pm)? Just checking since it wasn't mentioned in the mail.
