Finding successors for next term

Hello Officers,

I hope you all are in the spring of your health and happiness.

As you are aware that one of the crucial task of a leader is to prepare successors for the next term so that club does not face scarcity of leadership.

The current term will end by 30th June, 2013. But before that we have to install new set of officers who will run the club for the next term.

TM Nikhil will be heading the nomination committee. As an officer I request you to persuade people to send the nomination and explain them benefits of a role. You can reach out to them on one on one basis.

You can also choose to nominate yourself for the current role or any other role.
