It is good to have a plan before you start in your roles, so congratulations on deciding to have the ex-com meeting. I suggest a few additions to the agenda

 

1.       Picnic – We had got a good response from members about going on a one-day picnic. we had received the following suggestions from people regarding venue

Tarun Joshi - Tikuchiniwadi, Thane

Bhavesh Dedhia - The Magic Bus, Panvel

Coumara Radja - The great escape, Virar or Vasai

 

You may decide whether to go ahead and have a picnic, and if yes, then the venue and date for same.

 

2.       Visit from Australian Toastmaster – TM Uma Thakur from Australia has enquired whether she can attend our club meeting on 9^th Feb. She is visiting India for making a documentary on importance of humour in communication. She would like to record our club meeting, if the theme for the meeting is related to humour. Also, she would like to interview two members (one male, one lady) before our regular meeting begins. She will arrange for the video recording, but it will be good to have a backup video recording for ourselves. And since it is a documentary, I suggest that we hire a video photographer. It will cost us little money, but it will be great to have our club meeting and interviews of our members  in an international documentary (will help in club’s publicity). You all can decide whether to go ahead with it.

 

I have also attached the letter given to bank last time for change in account holders. Shashank/Shubhankar, you will need to update the details.

1. Pass a resolution to change the signature in Mulund Toastmasters Club bank account. Henceforth new president and treasurer will be signing cheques. Nikhil, can i request you to email the resolution document?
   
2. Understand the existing way of functioning of all the office bearers. Suggestions for improvement.
3. Set vision for the club:
   1. How many membership strength we shall target for?
   2. Club represents division - D in District conference.
