There are two programs under which a company can empanel i.e. BBA@Workplace and BSc@Workplace.

 

Under BBA@Workplace (across India), we provide candidates which could take over the below-mentioned entry-level job profiles in any service sector company:

·         Customer Service Associates

·         Call centre Executive

·         Sales Marketing

·         Back Office Operation

·         Logistics Management

·         Data Entry operator etc.

Under BSc@Workplace (across Maharashtra), we provide candidates which could take over the below-mentioned entry-level job profiles suitable for IT/ITES Industries:

• Desktop support executive
• L1/L2 IT support engineer
• Network and Hardware executive
• Application Support Engineer
• And many more….

 

 

Under this unique and innovative program, we run a Bachelor’s degree program affiliated with a recognized university (YCMOU/IGNOU). Candidates who have applied for any of these degree courses are placed in the company from day 1. They work as normal employees (or interns) and complete their studies online after office hours. Thus, the students undergo learning and doing at the same time which results in more efficient work. Also, at the end of 3 years, the students get valuable industry experience of 3 years.

 

Whole recruitment cycle (except interview) is handled by MKCL so that you get the right candidate at minimum cost or no cost of recruitment. There is no limit on the minimum number of employees which you can hire under this program. All you need to provide is Work, Workplace, and a minimum monthly stipend to the students (nothing to MKCL).
