"RTNODBF 322 M: no database opened C: database operation w/o open database, wrong work area F: check USED(), SELECT(), NETERR(), debugger FSC.5"

The message is clear and obvious: you are trying to perform some database operation, but you do not have any database open in the current workarea 8. Compile with debugger (-d switch), set breakpoint in the procedure STMAINT1 on line 1043 and check your open databases.
