can i run compiled executable file to other computer with out installing Visual Flagship compiler?

The by FlagShip Pro version created executable can be freely transfered to other computer. It also can be distributed or sold to others. See further details in the license, price list,
FAQ's etc. as well as the FlagShip manual section SYS.1.2

Letting us know Linux / Windows would help….

Linux needs libs loaded on the “other computer” whereas Windows has the lib stuff within the executable

correct

For Linux, you need to transfer the libFlagShip*.so library only when compiled dynamicaly. It is not required for the statically compiled application, which includes required parts of the library in the executable. A Windows executable also incluses everything in the .EXE file.
