It's been reported that for some implementation that the only data that gets saved to the sync file is:
{"timestamp":1295952993112,"data":{}}

tried the sync problem on OSX 10.6.6, Windows 7 64Bit, Linux Mint -
different Google accounts. The only common thing is the German

I have now implemented a fix to this issue, this is available from build 2.1.4 onwards. You will need to re-save the contents of the Options page to update the Synchronisation file.
