I watched all the videos on the DVD for my new Multiplaz 3500 and practiced taking apart and putting together the torches. The only thing I can't seem to do is get the nozzle guard on. Is there some kind of trick? Thanks, Robert Taylor

Use a blade screwdriver to stretch it a bit. It should fit tight enough that it won't rattle and become distracting.

Thank you for the quick reply. I was beginning to wonder if there was some trick as it seemed like I was going to have to use excessive force. Take Care, Rob

Iwerk is correct I use the flathead part of the multi-tool (Included in your Multiplaz 3500 unit). Before putting it on insert flathead into the slot with a gap and twist causing it to wedge open enough to slip it on. Same procedure to take it off.

Hi, thanks for that tip, I've been struggling to get that guard on and resorted to stretching it a bit with a wedge.
