To echo my comments on the PHPWM list thanks to Reuben and James at
PSL for the use of their facilities and the free pizza last night, it
was much appreciated.

Matt: during our chat afterwards you made me realise that I'd not done
the best job of explaining the Symfony directory structure, doh. My
first comment should've been that it is all auto generated by the CLI
tool. I'll make sure I change that should I come to recycle the
presentation at some point in the future.

Anyway, nice to see a good turnout on a cold and windy Tuesday night.

Cheers

It's tricky to remember all the key points that the "unwashed masses"
don't know! You should certainly strengthen the emphasis on how much
the CLI tool does for you in Symfony as it is one of the key
differentiators.

Good presentation though - it built nicely on the intro to Symfony at
PHPLondon.

Rob...

It seemed like there was a lot of "generate this, then copy it, then
tweak it, then alter this config...", but I think mentioning that
config-itis is a common complaint upfront gets people watching for it
while you demo.

Oh, I wrote up a brief blog entry about the talk here:

Definitely config heavy! Even if you don't have to write it all
yourself.

You wrote it up better than me :)

Rob...
