yellow triangles

absolutely love this extension but have a question-  no matter what I do I get the yellow triangles after the accounts (using 4)---- unable to retrieve due to other login???? is it conflicting with other extensions, anything Gmail  related I turned off can't figure it out. appreciate any guidance or help.. maybe someone had this happen to them and solved the issue?
