MMD-6 --- "Request for Comments"

Many of you have probably heard about MMD-6, but if not:

I've almost finished getting HTML support working. The features yet to
be finished include:

* Glossary
* Abbreviations
* Transclusion

I think it's time to rethink the implementations of some features, and
Glossary terms and, to a lesser extent, Abbreviations are on that list.
Transclusion requires some work on my end, but it's relatively
straightforward from a user's perspective.
