Okay, so I love MMD and I'm using Marked and life is good. However, I
need the ability to added TOCs, line numbers, headers, footers, and
page numbers, so I think I have to go the Latex route. Does anyone
have a good tutorial (or some lessons learned) for converting MMD to
Latex and then to PDF? I'm using TexShop and the Latex file that
MultiMarkdown Composer created is giving me fits. It complains about
not knowing what "\normalsize" means for one thing. I realize that
this is because I'm a complete Latex noob, so it's probably something
simple that I am missing, but I just don't really know where to begin.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Have you read the MMD User's Manual?
