Confused - where is the markup of the current MMD version

I'm a bit confused, I've been trying the to find the MMD User's Guide
for the current version. But I think I only stumble across various older
versions ... the newest I've found is

There's not a full user's guide for v6 yet.
There's the v-5 user's guide, and then v-6 includes the Quick Start
guide that highlights the differences.
