MMD 6 repeated metadata issue

When I pass this file through MMD v6.2.3

Title: my doc
CSS: first.css
CSS: second.css


This is a **test**.

only one link -- to first.css -- is created.  Previous version of MMD produced links to both the css files.  Is this the expected behavior?

This is the correct behavior.  Only one instance of each metadata key is used. 

The previous behavior was "a bug masquerading as a feature."

If you want to have multiple CSS files you have a few options:

1. Use a master file that imports the other files 

2. Use a custom HTML header metadata key that includes links to your desired CSS files.
