Our client is an international technology company that operates in
more than 170 countries around the globe. They explore how technology
and services can help people and supply constructive advises to
customers from all over the world. They are currently looking for
bilingual speakers of Norwegian to join the dynamic and multicultural
team in Dublin!
The role
- Handle customer queries over the phone
- Deal with issues which arise and if they cannot resolve the problem,
passing them onto a higher level of support
The profile
- Fluent Norwegian + Fluent English
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer Service experience appreciated
- Strong Technical and IT background
Job specifics:
• Salary: €21,500 + €1500 bonus
• Relocation Package (flight & accommodation)
• Benefits such as health insurance, subsidized canteen, city centre
based and many more.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €21,5K
Type: permanent, full time
Experience required: 0-1 years in the call centre or call centre field
