client is a leading contact centre in Europe. Customer Service agents
are needed to start as soon as possible to answer the queries of an IT
leading company’s customers. The cost of living being lower than in
the others cities of UK, Belfast is a welcoming city to be relocated.
Your role as a Customer Care representative will be to advise and
answer customers’ queries over the phone and by email. You will have
to deal with inbound sales and you will be working on a dynamic IT
project.
In Belfast you can easily find cultural events: Cheap flights toward
other European cities, tourists’ attractions and shopping centers.
