Hi

I am trying to port mcproxy to powerpc achitecture crosscompiled boost library and mcproxy for that  after proper compilation i have downloaded to development board then I gave an execution command.

./sudo mcproxy -svvv -f /etc/config/mcproxy.config

then I am geting an error

mcproxy[6439]: unhandled signal 11 at 00000000 nip 100408d8 lr 100407e8 code 30001
Segmentation fault

Then I tried command

./sudo mcproxy -svvv -f /etc/config/

##-- multicast proxy status --##
is running: 0
verbose level: 0
print proxy_status information: 0
reset all reverse path filter: 0
config path: /tmp
-- proxy configuration --
##-- proxy configuration --##
protocol IGMPv3

and it stops nothing no messages or nothing after this

what migh be the reason . Do I want to do any special modification for cross compile of powerpc

Thanks
Rajeesh

Hello Rajeesh,

I don't know if this error is related to the Powerpc achitecture, crosscompiling or the operating system.
You could try to compile Mcproxy directly on this Powerpc to minimze the error-space.

Sebastian
