Estimate 5th Radial Distortion Paramter

I am using GoPro cameras with your software, and the distortion in the video mode that I am using is quite bad.  I can achieve good calibration for a 33 camera system in the center of the volume, but the points reconstructed from points closer to the edge of the camera is not very accurate.  I'm thinking that the radial distortion parameters are not fully capturing the lens distortions.  When I identify the parameters using the CalTech toolbox, I can identify 5 distortion parameters.  The MultiCamSelfCal toolbox always returns a zero for the last parameter.  Is there a way for me to make the tool box estimate this parameter?
