How to achieve 100 per concurrent

    I was a beginner of multi-mechanize, and I have read the official document;Now I do not know how to achieve 100 per concurrent modifying the configuration? 

i try to modify config.cfg, and set rampup = 0 and threads = 100, but the result is below

As can be seen from the graph, the result is not expected
