Fellas,

A seventh year is in the books - another great year.  Rut, Canadians are celebrating all around the world today and playing chuck chuck.  You haven't placed top three since 2009, but no one can take a 'ship away from you... or your NFC South-like 5-7 regular season record.  

In all seriousness though, congrats Rut Ro.  You've cemented your spot in immortality as a Competitive Balance champ.

To the second place finisher bones- one bad week 15 screwed you.  Clearly had the most dominant team this year.

Finally, some Bond 007 GoldenEye awards in our seven year history:

-Marksmanship Award (most championships): Heane (2) 

-Most Deadly (top 3 finishes): tie between yours truly, Scotty, and Bones (4)

-Most Cowardly (0 playoff appearances): tie between Roland and Bryce

-Most Frantic (last place finishes): Crane (2)

A couple things I wanted to bring up:

1) We had zero trades this year.  Not a good sign of the health of the league.

2) We should hammer out any changes to the league NOW, while it's fresh, instead of being lazy and trying to do it before the season, which we all know won't happen.   

One Idea I would like to  suggest having a boobie prize for the last place finisher.  We can get creative with the punishment, (e.g. loser has to write into the '07 class news that he got a sex change) or we can make it monetary (e.g. loser has to pay the winner of the consolation bracket the $50).  I think first we vote on whether or not there is a boobie prize.  If it passes, then we vote on what the boobie prize is.  I feel pretty strongly about this - it keeps EVERYONE involved throughout all 16 games and adds some good clean fun to the league.  We could have a lot of fun with it if we go the creative punishment.

1. I agree on the trades, but i think if we keep everything in terms of settings etc. 2 keepers is also great - only slightly penalizes people who dont prepare for that. 

2. boobie prize is great - last place (tie breaker by points) should have to pay something extra or fly to any city in the US picked by the winner and spend the weekend alone. Something crazy

Yup fee is $100. Although smitty don't send rut a check directly, we used that Tilt website this year so the money has to go through that

I agree with implementing a boobie prize, and like the idea flying someone to a remote location for the weekend.  Also we could have the last place person be pegged in the face by a subway footlong tuna fish sub, and post the video to facebook/instragram, or distribute to the group via e-mail at a minimum.  Not sure that everyone here skis, but make them ski down a mountain in a speedo after the season is over.  Just spit balling.
