These are the same scripts found in ekushey site. You can view them by "View source" while browsing banglachord.
If you mean which places in pubBB then the answer will a number of places needs to be changed.

Once in viewforum.php, twice in viewtopic.php, once in post.php (i think) and few others. The best way to find the places is to search the files for "textarea". I have no problems in giving away the files I used for banglachord, but the files have been modified in a number of ways. Adding bangla script is just one thing. Apart from that, I had to song specific parsing. The main site and its database is also interlinked with the forum in a mysterious way. Chort chart generation scripts are also integrated. It will be a big task again to remove them.

The subject line length limitation in punBB needs to be changed in the database (as well as in the punBB code itself).
