Hi Team,

 

As you all know, Mukta is slowly evolving into a strong organization in community care sector. Our ‘Collaboration Mantra’ is helping us in forging meaningful and better alliances.

 

As organizations have started coming forward to work with Mukta, it becomes important for us to gear up completely for such opportunities. We should be well prepared to take on greater challenges. I can see that with the kind of team we have got, we can attack many issues related to community and in parallel we can also empower many NGOs working in this sector.

 

As a next step, we are forming a thought leadership team. This team will consist of our own volunteers who are willing to contribute greater amount of time and who are ready to take up higher responsibilities (like holding talks with NPOs, deciding the projects Mukta can take up etc). This is a very good opportunity for you to learn and hone your managerial skills and also to develop strategic thinking

 

We need 6 members from our group to form this team. If you are interested and if you believe that you have it in you to be a part of this team, nominate yourself by next weekend (22^nd July) with following details.

1. Why did you choose Mukta?
2. How can you contribute more by being a part of Thought Leadership Team?
3. Where do you see Mukta 2 years down the line?

 

Expectations/Responsibilities of the members of Thought Leadership Team:

1. Spend at least 8 hrs a week on Mukta and its activities.
2. Work on formulating the vision and roadmap for Mukta
3. Dedicate oneself for the community and its upliftment
4. Look for opportunities for collaboration and work to meet the commitments made by Mukta
