Just Installed Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and found options for Accessibility
settings/checking etc.., in the application, made me curious.this is one
of the links from their help for accessibility.

http://www.adobe.com/enterprise/accessibility/main.html

remember hearing Srinivas telling abt PDF docs being a problem for
Accessibilty, seems like good work going on in the right
direction,atleast by Adobe.

Regards,
Mahesh.

Well Mahesh, good to see your email. Acrobat 7.0 and screen reader JAWS v-7.0 do compatable each other. However, while creating PDF document or later, one need to tag the pages properly. Otherwise, screen reader would not read content. We at Net Systems also have a team to create Accessible PDFs.

Thanks again for your research on Accessibility issues. If you are further interested in specific accessibility, I can provide with you the contact of Accessibility Engineer Mr. Andrew at Adobe.

Good luck,
Srinivasu
