As far as I know OCIP doesnt have any problems at least the event organisation part.

Those who are interested can add their names in the Attending list.

Yeah wont be an issue I am hoping . Will they provide all facilities
like snacks / projection/wifi/network/backuppower etc ?

Ideas / Suggestions for the event .

* One talk on Telugu wikipedia and contributions would be nice.
* State of wikipedia articles emphasising local names like hyderabad /
osmania / ugadi etc .
* Forming wiki projects and working as team . Emphasising on
wikiproject Andhra Pradesh , wikiproject for districts etc
