SUMMARY OF POSITION |
The Agile Program Manager will be responsible for formulating, organizing and monitoring a set of inter-connected IT projects across 3 Refresh Projects w/high touch Change Management Coordination Windows 10 Upgrade Hardware Refresh AV Upgrade |

RESPONSIBILITIES |
Conform with all company policies and procedures Develop and manage product backlogs, user stories and acceptance across sprints Drive and challenge timeboxed user stories, resource planning and activities (timeboxed to complete EPICs) Assess program performance and aim to maximize Value on Investment Responsible for release management for the program/product Assist the Project Manager(s) with reviewing the user deployment insights and coordinating w/the Change Manager Single point of contact to business stakeholders for program/product delivery in an agile environment Escalates and helps resolve program-level impediments Acts as Scrum Master when needed for one or more delivery teams Participates in all Agile ceremonies and drives continuous improvement mindset across program related projects Attend and participate in scheduled stand-ups Drives resolution of higher scope/epic issues and dependencies across teams Helps ensure value delivery, and drives continuous improvement Protects team from outside distractions and context switching Develop and maintain productive working relationships with program owners, business functions, IT, vendors, and other project stakeholders Decide on SMART suitable strategies and objectives; Pursue risks/dependencies and define escalation paths/process Prepare reports program/product metrics, & report-out within Program (i.e. Enterprise Services') existing rhythms, Coordinate scope, technical change, end-user change, interdependencies Coordinate cross-project activities for those related to the "Refresh" scope of work |

Experience and Education |
Required - Excellent communication skills Required - Excellent problem-solving ability Required - Certified Project Manager Required - 5-7 years' experience in a project or program management role (ie PM, or CSM) required Required - 2-4 years of leadership experience required Required - 2-4 years of vendor management experience required Preferred - 5 + Years in IT including Windows 10, laptop hardware, and AV conference room technologies Preferred - Certified Scrum Master Preferred - Agile Certification |
