This position is a lead over the legacy platform. They have a five year plan to phase it out but have hundreds of thousands of students using the legacy platform so need to keep it performing and adding functionality and enhancements still. They are currently upgrading to the new version. They are also using MySQL and Moodle.
The team consists of 6 developers and QA in Argentina and 1 developer and 1 product owner in Austin.
The lead will be responsible for leading the team, making technical decisions around design. When the business needs new functionality, they need to be able to lead the technical direction.
They are upgrading to PHP 7.2 so previous experience is a must

The PMO group at HAEA is in need of a very seasoned Project Manager with DW experience. This person will be managing both SAP and DW projects -specifically Solution Delivery). Some of the projects that they might be managing are; Order To Delivery: OTD is a Web system that is a critical module which is the main channel for dealer communication to complete the HMA OTD process cycles.
Other SAP projects they will need to be managing are enhancement projects for SAP teams. This person will need to know the big picture of the components within, no configuration actually needed. They will be tracking the cost of goods, sales orders for vehicles, a/p for sales and understand the functionality of it.
It will involve presentations to executive leadership and managing multiple vendors and business units. Must be able to work with Technical Teams as well to provide solutions and help make decisions.
The PMO is expanding into a PMO enterprise to help build a center of excellence. They are an adaptive Waterfall/Agile methodology. This role will require someone to be a great listener and humble enough to take direction from leadership in all parts of the organization.
