Langsamer Progamstart

seit kurzem habe ich folgendes Problem:
Wenn ich Exel od. Word über die gewünschte Datei versuche zu öffnen, kann
ich mir nochmal einen Kaffee kochen gehen, bevor ich anfangen kann zu
arbeiten.
Öffne ich z.B. zunächst Exel und dann die Datei, funktioniert alles normal.
Spy- u. Virenscanner habe ich durchlaufen lassen, aber ohne Funde.
Was kann das sein?

möglicherweise ist die Indexerstellung von MS Office die Systembremse.
Verfahre mal so, wie unten in dem Link beschrieben:

Ich habe auf open office.org 2.2 gewechselt und bin damit sehr zufrieden!!!
Kaum zu glauben, dass Microsoft Office bei der Allternative überhaupt noch
benutzt wird.
