Smead Aerospace conference rooms can be reserved using the campus EMS system. To schedule a room, you will need to log in using your Identikey. AERO 224L is the Executive Conference Room and department faculty and staff are given priority use of the space. This space is also often used for important high-profile functions from the department and campus.

Other campus units and outside groups may reserve rooms and hold events in the aerospace building, but must agree to our reservation polices and fee schedule. If you have additional questions or would like to schedule an event, email aeroe...@colorado.edu.

Please note that some rooms are located in the Terminal 1's transit area, please pay attention to the room description when making a reservation. Guests staying in the transit area need to have a valid boarding pass and a passport.

Would recommend if you have a few hours to kill between flights and want to freshen up. Very good value for staying 10am to 6pm. Bathrom was clean with a decent shower. 5 minutes walk from a number of restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Terminal 3, I paid 560 rupees to get to the hotel in a pre paid taxi from Meru and 900 rupees to get back to T3.

I stayed here for 5 days and it was a pleasant one . Staff is nice and courteous. Housekeeping staff did their job well . Omvir was really helpful during the entire stay. And I would like to mention chef Shubh who made delicious dishes as we wanted. I would like to stay again here If I get the opportunity.
