Eligibility :

• MBA/ PGDM/MSW - (HR) candidates from 2012/ 2013 batches having an aggregate of 60% and above.

Job Responsibility :

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements
• Generating daily reports and providing management updates.
• Handling employee database.

Required Candidate Profile :

• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Strong People Skills & Great Attitude.
• Willingness and Ability to Learn.
• Motivational Skills & Leadership Ability.

Salary : INR 1.2 Lacs P.A

 

N.B : Selected candidates need to sign a service agreement of 18 months.
