1. BASIC JOB PURPOSE
The primary function of this role is to achieve the following: i. Resolution of Customer correspondence within turnaround time, with no errors either on letter quality or accuracy. ii. Connect with customers for enhanced client experience iii. Quality check of resolutions done by business partner.
2. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
A) What are the primary responsibilities? i. Resolve all correspondence within TAT. ii. Ensure no errors on accuracy or quality metrics. iii. Ability to handle skewed flow of queries without impacting turnaround time iv. Ability to speak to clients to resolve complex concerns and close loop with no repeats v. 100% adherence to Citibank internal guidelines and operating standards as applicable vi. 100% adherence to legal and regulatory standards as applicable vii. Communication with various units for providing complete resolution of issues. viii. Prompt escalation for facilitating quicker turnarounds
B) What are the Secondary responsibilities?i. Quality check of resolutions done by business partner ii. Analyze & update client irritants to ensure eradication of the same.
