Refer to the telephonic discussion had with you.We are proposing to conduct a written exam for Front Desk Officer grade.The job description of the same is appended below:

 

 

1) They are Axis Bank's face to the customer

2) Take care of day to day operations (ie) Resolve Customer queries,Clearing operations,RTGS/NEFT etc..

3) Crosss sell various products of the bank.

 

Kindly send me a list of candidates who are interested in joining our bank.

 

The process for recruitment is that interested candidates have to write an Online Aptitude test. On clearing the test they will be called for interview.   

 

The online test is expected to be conducted before this month end.
