Only 51 more days until New York. I can't believe how fast training
is going. I am doing a 17 miler this weekend and next weekend I do my
first 20 miler. Wish me luck!!
How is everyone is doing? Remember..Stay well hydrated and take in
some salt.
Also...I usually do gu's as my supplement during my marathons, but I
got sick off of them at Marine Corps, so this time I am training with
gummy bears, pretzels, and hammer gels. All Natural. This weekend I
am going to try cliff gels, because I could not find any hammergels.
So far so good. I am keeping a great pace and feel good during the
runs.
