clean-action on static-files

The MB:CLEAN also wants to clean static-files (Fails since no COMPONENT-OUTPUT-
EXISTS-P is defined for it). I think the EXECUTE for the CLEAN-ACTION should
specialise on SOURCE-FILE instead of FILE.

Thanks, I've uploaded a fresh version of install-action (0.2.3) and
mudballs (0.3.1).

An (mb:upgrade) will pick up both of these new versions, which,
following a restart will be in effect.
